by -- Brownfield Renewal Magazine www.brownfieldrenewal.com
Brownfield Renewal is now accepting nominations for the 2010 Renewal Awards! Because we like to give credit where credit is due, our Renewal Awards nominations will culminate in the selection of three esteemed winners who will be announced in the October issue of Brownfield Renewal magazine and the Awards ceremony will be held at the Brownfields 2011 Conference. Awards will be presented to projects that represent the gold standard of development across three distinct industry categories: environmental impacts; economic impacts; and social impacts.
The Renewal Awards selection process will be carried out by an independent panel of judges, and any individual, group, company, organization, government body or agency is eligible to submit an application. Projects can encompass; private enterprise, public facilities, industrial reuse of a brownfield site or environmental restoration. However, in order to be considered for a Renewal Award, the brownfield redevelopment project MUST be completed by the date the application is submitted.
Nominations can be submitted on our website at brownfieldrenewal.com: just click on the Renewal Awards tab and submit your application directly on-line! We have even included a host of question within each of the three categories to simplify the submission process for you. Nominations for the Renewal Awards must be submitted by June 1, 2010.
