Creating a culture of innovation is what OCE's Annual Discovery Conference is all about. The first Discovery conference took place on February 7, 2006 and brought together 1200 business, academic and government leaders -key people who are driving today's innovation, collaboration and commercialization agenda.

Together, they explored some of the key drivers for innovation in Ontario: emerging technology trends; the art of research and development; and the recipe for creating innovative companies. With a showcase of over 100 exhibitors - including leading edge reasearchers and pioneering companies - and 50 young researchers, Discovery 2006 was an excellent place to discover what's next.

But, next is an illusive thing: always over the next horizon. That's why Discovery is an annual event; Discovery 2007 will take place May 1, 2007 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
