municipalities in navigating and understanding the brownfield
redevelopment process.
The Redevelopment Framework for Former Service Stations
in Ontario, is an online decision-support tool that guides municipalities,
property owners, developers and other stakeholders through the
redevelopment of underutilized and abandoned gas stations.
OCETA is available to develop tools for other provinces and
sectors across Canada.
